Any and all quotes given are good for 30 (thirty) days only. After 30 days, ALL quotes will be reconsidered.

I like to be given a free hand in design. If you are the type of person who likes to micro-manage everything, well, we aren't going to make it to the end. As kindly as possible, I'll ask you to please just move on to a different banner designer.

No refunds on banners. I know you'll *love* my work - why else would you be paying me to create something so awesome for you? Once payment is received and work is done, that's that!

A chargeback is an unethical and fraudulent way of attempting to obtain a refund. If you file a chargeback against me I will pursue the matter legally. I always do the work I'm commissioned to do so there is never a reason, other than fraud, for a chargeback to be initiated.

Payment is required in full up-front before work will begin. Current turn-around time is 3-5 business days. And though I am a workaholic, last time I checked weekends were not business days. So if you order a banner on Friday afternoon, you won't start counting days until the following Monday.

I accept Paypal payments or check/credit card payments via Paypal. No account is required.

I reserve the right to place any banner I've created for you in my portfolio. I need to show others just how totally awesome my work is (and also it's a bit of a promotion for your business as some folks will actually want to look up your site after seeing your snazzy banner in my portfolio...)

I also will not do any banners with vulgarities, hate speech, or anything that is not kid-friendly. You should be ashamed of yourself if you're wanting something like that designed! What would your Grandma say?
